Connection and security
One OAuth connection per workspace. Google tokens are stored encrypted on the platform and are never sent to WordPress. Reconnect flows are guided when Google requires it.
Sheet types
- Orders sheet — the master export for the active store.
- Operation sheets — focused sheets for delivery, packaging, or offline events.
- Product sheets — one product’s orders for a campaign team.
Columns like the old plugin — but per sheet
Choose a template, rename exported headers, and reorder columns per sheet. Required and sensitive columns are marked; your layout is preserved on every sync.
Sync rules and guarded status import
- Auto-sync pushes order creations and changes to the sheet via a queued upsert — checkout is never blocked.
- A sync window keeps sheets fast by limiting how far back rows go.
- Status import is opt-in and guarded: preview exactly which rows would change, then apply. Nothing silent, ever.
Frequently asked questions
Can edits in the sheet change my orders?
Only if you opt in to status import — and even then, you preview exactly which rows would change before applying. Nothing is imported silently.
Will syncing slow down my checkout?
No. Sheet writes happen through a queued upsert after the order is saved — the customer-facing checkout never waits on Google.
Which plan includes Google Sheets sync?
