Common questions

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The 14-day trial is free with no card required. We will ask for payment when you choose to upgrade after the trial.

What happens after my trial ends?

If you choose a paid plan during the trial, you continue without interruption. If you do not pick a plan, your account is paused — your data is preserved but the store sync stops.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade any time from your merchant dashboard. Changes apply at the next billing cycle.

What is the Diamond AI agent?

Diamond includes access to the COD Scale MCP server, which lets an AI assistant like Claude manage your workspace: read dashboards, update products and checkout settings, run sheet syncs, and fill finance inputs — with confirmation required for every destructive action.

Is my data isolated per store?

Yes. Each store runs in its own workspace: orders, shipments, call queues, tracking, and finance facts are scoped to that store. Staff can be shared across stores or assigned per store — you choose the mode.
