1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a COD Scale account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

If you use COD Scale on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.

2. The COD Scale service

COD Scale provides tools to sell, fulfil, track and analyse cash-on-delivery orders.

We may add, change or remove features as the product evolves.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Direct COD Scale subscriptions are priced in Algerian dinar and paid through the payment provider shown at checkout, currently Chargily.

If you subscribe through Shopify or YouCan, that marketplace manages billing. The currency, price, taxes, trial, renewal, and cancellation terms shown on its approval screen apply to that subscription.

Plan changes and cancellation are available from your workspace or the applicable marketplace and take effect under the terms shown for that subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, disrupt its operation, or use it for unlawful activity.

You are responsible for the activity of users you invite to your workspace.

5. Merchant data and store content

You retain ownership of your store, product and order data.

You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

6. Couriers and third-party integrations

COD Scale connects to couriers and third-party tools you choose to enable.

Those providers operate under their own terms, which you are responsible for reviewing.

7. AI agent access (Diamond)

Diamond workspaces can connect AI assistants through scoped, revocable API keys.

You remain responsible for actions taken with your keys; destructive actions always require an explicit confirmation step.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or put the platform at risk.

You may close your account at any time; some records may be retained as required by law.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior period.

10. Governing law — Algeria

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria.

Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Algiers.
