Why we built COD Scale
We started COD Scale because the tools we tried weren't built for how COD actually works in Algeria. WooCommerce is built for credit-card checkouts. Imported call-center software doesn't understand Wilayas. Generic dashboards show revenue, not delivered profit.
We built it for ourselves first — running our own stores — and now it's the platform we wish we'd had on day one: multi-store, courier-connected, finance-honest, and now with an AI agent that helps run the operation.
What we believe
Revenue isn't profit. Gross isn't profit. Delivered profit is what pays your salary. Everything we build serves that number.
