Five platforms, browser + server
- Meta Pixel + Conversions API.
- TikTok Pixel + Events API, with test-event codes and test mode.
- Google Ads conversion tags + server-side conversion upload.
- GA4 browser events + Measurement Protocol.
- Snapchat Pixel + Conversions API.
COD-aware conversion strategies
Standard e-commerce sends Purchase when the order is accepted. The Delivered Revenue strategy — recommended for COD — sends Lead at submission and Purchase only after the order is actually delivered, so your ad platforms optimize on money you really collected.
Scopes: per store with a tenant fallback
Tracking settings live per store, with an explicit tenant-fallback scope covering stores that have no setup of their own. The Tracking Hub shows which scope you are editing and whether each platform has server credentials configured.
Debugging and reliability
- Event Debug lists every event with platform, channel, status, retries, and linked order.
- Failed server events retry automatically on a schedule with backoff — and a Retry button exists for “now”.
- Payload snapshots are redacted; tokens never appear in logs.
- Attribution: UTM capture, creator link builder, and offline conversion exports for manual uploads.
Frequently asked questions
Why do I need server-side events if I have the pixel?
Browser-only tracking loses events to iOS privacy changes, ad blockers, and short-lived cookies. Server events restore the signal, and each event carries an ID shared with the browser event so platforms deduplicate instead of double-counting.
What is the Delivered Revenue strategy?
A COD-aware mode: Lead fires at submission, Purchase fires only when the order is actually delivered. Ad platforms then optimize toward collected cash instead of form fills. It is the recommended strategy for COD.
