Finance: the COD operating model

Delivered profit per order, campaign verdicts (Scale/Hold/Stop), COD receivables aging, cash forecast, Meta spend import, courier reconciliation, and multi-currency normalized to DZD.

The operating model

Finance models your COD pipeline end to end: Meta demand → platform orders → in delivery → delivered/returned/cancelled. Locked economics (delivered) sit beside projected economics (in transit), with an automation-trust score showing how much of the model runs on live data versus your fallback assumptions.

What you get

  • Overview — profit pulse, COD funnel, break-even CPDO, projected ROAS, decision alerts, receivables aging, and cash forecast.
  • Order P&L — per-order economics with COGS, carrier fees, and return costs; CSV import for external orders.
  • Campaigns — spend vs delivered profit with Scale / Hold / Stop verdicts; Meta Ads spend imports with connection test.
  • Product economics — SKU margin, return loss, allocated spend, stock signal.
  • Transactions & reconciliation — manual rows, carrier remittances, and data-trust flags that tell you when numbers need attention.

Multi-store and multi-currency

Every fact is store-faceted: the store workspace shows that store’s finance, the hub aggregates all stores. Orders keep their own currency; finance normalizes everything to DZD through exchange rates, so totals stay honest across countries.

Fallback assumptions

Where live data is missing, the model uses your operating assumptions — expected delivery rate, unit COGS, confirmation/packaging/return costs, daily overhead — editable in the dashboard and fillable by the AI agent on request.

Frequently asked questions

What is a campaign verdict?

A daily decision computed from delivered orders, not clicks: Scale (profit positive, push harder), Hold (watch closely — e.g. returns climbing), or Stop (negative net margin). Verdicts turn the finance model into actions.

What happens when live data is missing?

The model falls back to your stated operating assumptions (expected delivery rate, unit COGS, per-order costs, overhead), and the automation-trust score shows how much of the picture is live versus assumed — so you always know how solid the numbers are.

Which plan includes the finance suite?

The full finance suite — order P&L, campaign verdicts, receivables, reconciliation, cash forecast — ships from the Gold plan.
