1. Create your workspace
For WordPress, sign up here and then pair the bridge plugin. For Shopify or YouCan, install COD Scale from that marketplace: provider SSO creates or reuses the account, and the provider starts the 14-day trial only after you approve a plan for that store.
2. Add your store in the Stores Hub
The Stores Hub is your home. Add a store, choose its platform (WooCommerce, Shopify, or YouCan), and set its country workspace — country, currency, locale, and phone prefix drive checkout locations, shipping context, and finance normalization for that store.
3. Install the bridge and generate an API key
- Install the Baha bridge plugin on your WordPress site.
- Generate a store API key from the store page — the secret is hashed after creation and shown once.
- The setup checklist on the store page shows exactly what is connected and what is missing.
- Bridge diagnostics tell you the next action whenever something needs attention.
4. Enter the store workspace
Click “Enter” on a store to pin it. Every operational page — orders, OMS, tracking, sheets, finance — now shows that store only. The store switcher in the top bar always shows which workspace you are in, and the Stores Hub is one click away.
5. First orders
Orders placed on your store checkout appear in Daily OMS within seconds, stamped to the right store, screened by Fraud Shield, and — if SmartRouting is enabled — already assigned to a confirmation agent.

No. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with no card. You choose whether to continue at the end of the trial.
I lost my temporary password — what now?
For security it is shown exactly once, right after signup. Use the password reset from the sign-in page, or contact support and we will get you back in.
