1. Create your COD Scale account
Sign up on the signup page with your business name (Latin and Arabic), email, phone, and the plan you want to try — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card. Your workspace is provisioned automatically and you receive a temporary password shown once. Sign in to the merchant dashboard before continuing.
2. Add your WooCommerce store in the Stores Hub
In the Stores Hub, add a store, pick WordPress/WooCommerce as its platform, and set the country workspace (country, currency, locale, phone prefix). The store page opens with a setup checklist that tracks every remaining step.
3. Install the Baha bridge plugin on WordPress
- Download the bridge plugin from your store page in the dashboard.
- In WordPress admin → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, upload the bridge and activate it.
- The bridge is lightweight by design: orders, products, and checkout events sync both ways, while Google tokens and ad-platform credentials stay on the COD Scale side — never inside WordPress.
4. Generate a store API key and connect
- On the store page in COD Scale, generate a store API key. The secret is shown once and hashed after creation — copy it now.
- Paste the key into the bridge settings inside WordPress and save.
- The key is bound to this one store: it cannot read or write any other store in your workspace.
5. Verify with the setup checklist
Back on the store page, the setup checklist shows exactly what is connected and what is missing, and bridge diagnostics tell you the next action whenever something needs attention. Place a test order on your store checkout: it should appear in Daily OMS within seconds, stamped to the right store and screened by Fraud Shield.

Does the bridge slow my WordPress site down?
The bridge is deliberately thin — it forwards orders, products, and checkout events. Heavy work (routing, tracking, finance, sheets) runs on the COD Scale platform, not on your WordPress server.
I lost the store API key — can I see it again?
No; the secret is hashed after creation and shown exactly once. Generate a new key from the store page and paste the new one into the bridge settings.
Does this work with any WooCommerce theme?
The bridge syncs data and embeds the COD checkout; it does not depend on your theme. If something looks off, the bridge diagnostics on the store page point to the exact next action.
